On the one hand through your input (e.g. contact or inquiry forms). On the other hand, technical data is collected automatically when you visit the site.
What do we use your data for?
Exclusively for the error-free provision of the website and for processing your inquiries. No analysis of user behaviour (tracking) takes place.
What rights do you have?
You have the right at any time to information about, rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your stored personal data, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent, and a right to object pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
No cookies, no tracking
This website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking services. No connections to third-party providers (e.g. Google Fonts, CDNs) are established — all fonts and resources are served locally from our server. Only your language and colour-scheme preferences are stored, at your request, in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This storage is technically necessary (§ 25 (2) TDDDG), contains no personal data and is not transmitted to us or to third parties.

We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the provider, as required by data protection law, ensuring that the provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
Server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits automatically: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. Collection is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — the website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of the website.

4. Data collection on this website
Inquiry and contact forms, email contact
If you send us an inquiry via a form on this website or by email, your details are stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. Depending on the form, this includes: name, email address, selected project type, budget and timeline information, your message and — for the free website check — the website address you provide. We do not pass this data on without your consent. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing inquiries). The data is deleted once your inquiry has been conclusively processed and no statutory retention periods apply.
Contact via WhatsApp
Where a WhatsApp contact is offered on this website, it is an external link to the WhatsApp service (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.). Communication only takes place if you actively click the link and use WhatsApp; WhatsApp's privacy policy then applies. No data is transmitted to WhatsApp through this website itself.
Showing your IP address on the home page
The home page lets you display your own public IP address. It is only shown if you trigger it yourself with a click. The page then queries an endpoint on our own server that returns nothing but the address your request arrives from. No external service is involved, no location is derived from the address, and this function neither stores, logs nor shares it. The hosting provider's server log files described above are unaffected by this. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in transparency about the technology in use).
Everything else the home page shows about your visit — device, time, time zone, connection type, load time, number of requests, colour scheme and language — is determined by your own browser alone. Those values never leave your device.
